Welcome to GenGapTraining.com. By accessing this website or purchasing a coaching or training program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Scope of Services

GenGapTraining.com offers personal and professional training programs designed to support clarity, mindset shifts, and leadership development. Training is not therapy, medical advice, legal counsel, or financial consultation.

2. User Agreement

By using this website or engaging in a training program, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that results vary based on your own participation and commitment.

3. Training Disclaimer

Training is a collaborative, forward-focused process. It does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions and is not a substitute for licensed professional services. Clients should seek appropriate professionals for therapeutic, legal, or financial concerns.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due as outlined in your training agreement. Most programs require a deposit upon signing and full payment by the program midpoint. Invoices may be paid electronically.

5. Refund Policy

GenGapTraining training programs are designed to be high-impact, specialized, and results-focused. Because each engagement requires dedicated time, preparation, and support, all sales are final once training begins.
If the training relationship is no longer a good fit, either party may cancel with 14 days’ written notice. Completed sessions will be deducted from the total fee, and any remaining sessions are non-refundable but may be credited toward a future training program within six months. Credit is extended on a case-by-case basis for clients who have shown genuine engagement and commitment to the process.

6. Rescheduling and Cancellations

Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed sessions or late cancellations (including arriving more than 15 minutes late) are forfeited. One emergency reschedule is allowed.

7. Confidentiality

All client information is kept confidential. Information will only be shared with your consent or when legally required.

8. Intellectual Property

All program content, resources, tools, and materials provided through GenGapTraining remain the intellectual property of GenGapTraining. These may not be reproduced, distributed, or reused for commercial purposes without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

The client agrees that GenGapTraining and its trainer(s) are not liable for decisions made based on training discussions. Results are not guaranteed and depend entirely on client follow-through. The client releases the trainer from all claims related to outcomes, including but not limited to business, financial, legal, or emotional consequences.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the coaching agreement with 14 days’ written notice. Any unused sessions may be credited as outlined in the Refund Policy.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Website Use

Visitors are welcome to browse this site for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse, duplicate, or exploit any content, features, or design elements for unauthorized purposes. Unauthorized use of this website or its content may give rise to a claim for damages or be a criminal offense.

13. Privacy & Data Collection

We respect your privacy. Any personal information submitted through this website (such as through forms or mailing list signups) will be used solely to communicate with you about GenGapTraining offerings. We will never sell, rent, or share your information with third parties without your consent.
